I opted for MTS MBlaze data card in the month of June’2014. I bought Data card as they were offering some nice net plans. I paid around Rs 1300 for the data card and opted for 40 GB net plan. Suddenly, i get a text last week which said my plan will be revised to 20 GB Day + 20 GB Night. when i asked them to change the plan to original one, reply was they can’t change the plan back and reserve the right to change the plan.

I feel this as marketing gimmick of the company where they offer good plans in starting so that people buy their net dongle and if once they have bought the dongle , they are not left with any other option but t continue with the same. As they will never be paying back for the dongle.

I feel either they should let the consumer continue with the plan which i opted for in starting as i choose the plan as per my need and now they are pushing one. I feel bound to continue with MTS as i already paid for the dongle. Either company should provide the consumer with the old plan and if they can’t fulfill the plan need they should payback for the dongle.
