Hello Sir, Greetings from Self, I am Thava Prashanth Rao C B from Chennai. I had availed an education loan from Indian Bank, Andarkuppam on 31st Dec 2010 towards my MBA studies at ISBR Business School, Bangalore under Mysore University. As a part of my curriculum, I had visited France for a international project during my 3rd Semester as a part of my studies for which I had to pay more. I had availed a loan of Rs. 7,89,000 /- towards my education. Later, Government of India had issued a scheme for students like me under Central Scheme for Interest Subsidy. The documents for the first year moratorium was submitted 3 days after deadline as the documents were sent over to me at the dying stages of the deadline, but for the second year, it had been submitted well before deadline. For over 2 years, the bank officials have been saying that the documents have been submitted but I did not get the susbisy. Hence I decided to walk into the branch for a clear status for which the branch explained as in the trailing mail that since, I had been abroad for some part they cannot issue subsidy- which was not mentioned in CSIS. Hence, I request you to kindly, intervene in this and let me know whether subsidy is eligible if I spend part of my study abroad.

I want the CSIS applicable interest to be settled out with my loan account.
