I made one transaction (Airtel mobile Recharge) through paytm site(order no :598262625) on 18/09/2014 around 9PM approximately with HDFC credit card of worth 220 Rs. Amount has been deducted and immediately I received a message from paytm service like, Recharge of Airtel mobile 8790662xxx for Rs.220 was successful,but till now i did not received any recharge amount. Air-tel customer care Service confirmed (through Mail and Telephone) that, they did not received any online recharge benefit on 18/09/2014 for Air-tel mobile number 8790662331. I sent a mail to paytm customer care service 3 to 4 times. After 24hrs they replied as, We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. Your recharge should have been successfully delivered by now. In case it has not been delivered, the amount would have been transferred to your Paytm account and available for immediate reuse.. Almost 36 hrs gone,But till now i didn’t received any recharge message to my mobile nor i didn’t received amount into my paytm account.Till now i sent almost 7 to 8 mails to them for every mail they replied that your problem resolved.Even i requested their mobile number and i said at-least to talk with me once. But simply they are sending an e-mail and saying that your problem resolved.They are communicating through mails only..They don’t have any customer care service number also. Please help me to resolve my concern.I am here with attaching the transaction copy of paytm..

First of all where my money is gone.Air-tel customer care Service confirmed (through Mail and Telephone) that, they did not received any online recharge benefit on 18/09/2014 for Air-tel mobile number 8790662331.But for every mail paytm Replied that my problem resoled. Till now i did not received any recharge benefit..Second one is why paytm is communicating through mail service only.why they are not communicating through telephone with their customers. Even-though i requested their mobile number,they are not responding. with paytm services, Like me so many people are suffering in INDIA .I request you to please look into the issue and Resolve my concern and i want my money back into my credit card.
