I purchased a Puma Sports Shoe from Mynrracom on 26/06/2014 worth Rs.5018(Retail Price Rs 8999) Order Id 16800647. The product was sold to me as a brand new & genuine but even using is very carefully it’s fabrication torned out less than 2 months. As it a costly shoe, I called Myntra to return that shoe on 28/08/2014. They assured me that my shoe will be picked & money will be refunded. They also mailed me this on 10/09/2014. But they never processed my return even after 20 days. I have called them more than 10 times & each time I was convinced for concrete result, which never happen. Screen Shot of email is attached.
