Dear sir / madam , i had journey through Indian railway with my family . i had booked tickets in 2 tire AC but at the time of journey due to some technical problem in 2tire AC coach , the coach was not attached to train and whole passengers of 2tire AC shifted to 3tire AC. regarding same i apply for refund in TDR on 14th July 2014 at 3 PM and i reached at Ahmedabad on 11th July 2014 at 06 PM, . but it was regret from IRCTC.many times i mail and call to IRCRC customer care but they are telling me to send mail with proof which i already sent by mail more then 3 times.but not getting proper answer. so finally i contact to http://customercare.indianrailways.gov.in but there is also the same no answer.requesting you to please do needful for the same. i am sending all needful document as attachments and if you need mail communication between IRCTC and me please go let me give email address so i will forward it to you.thanks .

difference fair between 2 tire AC and 3 Tire AC for two tickets from NJP (w.b) to Ahmedabad (Guj).
