Well i as a customer did a online purchase from indianroots.com on 24th of march and placed an order for a black and red tussar handwoven silk dupatta..during the time of purchase it was mentioned that it will take 45 days to receive the product..so i waited for it and then when it was more than 45 days i wrote a mail to them asking about the product..they replied back saying there is a issue with the product and the producer will need more time as it is a handwoven product.

I waited patiently and then after few days i received the dupatta..as soon as i opened the packet i was dissapointed seeing the quality of the product..it was some synthetic material and a very very ow quality product and this was not what i ordered..my order number is 100082103.. immediately i wrote to them about the quality if the product..they assured me saying that they will look into the matter and will get back to me asap which they didnot..they again took few weeks to get back to me and agreed on the fact that the quality of the product was not good and therefore they would refund my money back to my account…i told them during that conversation that you cannot transfer the money to the account from where the initial online transaction happened cause that is an NRI account and indian currency cannot get deposited so based on that conversation the representative messaged me saying that send me the other bank details and they will refund the money to the mentioned bank..but to my luck they never did..that process again took weeks..finally when they did they transferred the money to the bank where i asked them not to…so now they are saying the money have been refunded and i have not received the money..they harassed me for so long and wasting my precious time…the representatives are uneducated people where they do not understand the need and the language of the customer..i have been writing mails to them every day but they do not seem to understand the problem.
