Shopclue is not refunding for damaged product. My order number is 54198853. Product is damaged and not functional. I raised request for return. They generated return request number 1468233. After that they said that my delivered address is not in there pick up list so they can not pick the product (strange). separate courier service for drop and pick up. than they said they will generate token number for Blue dart courier so that i can deliver that to nearest blue dart office free of cast.

They have given me token number but i went to Bluedart they said it’s invalid token number. They again generated token number after 5 days and again blue dart said that it is a invalid token number. When i called shopclue they said that they didn’t generated any token number second time. They are saying that i can send product at my cost which take 600 rs to deliver it and cost pf product is 660. It’s not feasible to spend 600 rupees on courier. Please help.
