I booked 2 bus tickets on paytm with the order nos. 1. 952151234 2. 952109200 on the day of boarding vendor changed the bus and bus boarding venue, since the bus boarding venue was too far from my home and it was not safe too that I travel to karnal bypass with my family for boarding the bus, so I cancelled my orders and informed paytm via e-mail. its been more than 1 month that I have not got the refund.

I demand refund ASAP.
