We have placed an order no: TVXYD55012, on IndianSaree Mall http://www. indiansareemall .com for a saree on date of Saturday, 26 November 2016.

In sms they said 5 days of delivery but I did not get any confirmation message yet. We noticed that zylomart http://www.zylomart.com is hosting the indiansareemall website, you can see the mails screenshot below.

Few days back indiansareemall website was closed ,but now its has been reopened,initailly a lady from that site called and said the order was not processed its not available you can order another product, her number is 919769975228 and 919130092000

She called 10 days back and she is not accepting the calls from that day onwards she is not receiving the calls and she has not called ,her name is silky rathi we have found it.

After that we got an email regarding refund from Zylomart.com, in that mail they said that the refund will be processed in 5 days. But we did not get any confirmation mail or any feed back from them yet.

Finally we have tried to reach them in phone many times in many ways but we did not get any response all of their mobile phones are either switched off or they are not accepting my calls.

Here I am attaching full mail conversation along with original receipt from PayUMoney.com for quick proofs.

Please help us on this.
