I am using Jio 4g sim card. And my Jio Number Is 7006 881150. And my address is soura srinagar. From 07/12/2016. At, 05.30pm. My sim card’s incoming and outgoing call services barred suddenly. I can’t make a call at any any number. When i make a call it shows error (call ended). And when someone has calling me it shows same message (call ended). I am calling 2 times in Jio call center but they din’t give me any satisfactory resolution they continuously told me i can raised a complaint from this issue.but issue can’t resolved. I an using Jio 4g handset samsung j7. And i also changed my handset twice. So plz resolved my problem quickly as my as possible.
