I had purchased my Mobile(HTC Desire SV) from indiatimes.com in Jan-2013. For 5-6 months the mobile worked fine and then started to restart on its own. First time I went to showroom, then re-imaged the Operating System. The second and time they serviced the handset but the problem popped out again. The motherboard of the mobile has been replaced twice and even the battery. After repeated mails to customer care(just before my warranty was about to expire) they serviced the handset(replaced the handset) and said there wont be any issues further. Post this my mobile has restarted number of times and I don’t even want to get it serviced this time. On searching in internet, I found out that this is the problem most of the user with this handset is facing.

I want a compensation and my money back from HTC and want to get relief from never ending misery of owning this faulty mobile handset.
