I complaint about the faulty or damaged with the snapdeal.com on 19th May 2014. the replied me “Snapdeal Support, May 19 14:14: Dear Aaradhya, Thank you for contacting Snapdeal.com. We have thoroughly reviewed your complaint and feel that we owe you our deepest apologies for the inconvenience that the issue has caused. With reference to your complaint against the (faulty/damaged product) , delivered to you, we would like to thank you for providing us with images of the product. We assure you that after validating the images we will get back to you at the earliest along with the resolution. Complaint number – 6538959”. I forwarded the images to the snapdeal.com but till now I am waiting for the action or reply. I called u them many times but they are saying please wait….
I want the replacement of the product. I also want the amount of which I wasted to called them and wasting my time and money. they are making fake comment always. I also want the apology. I am a student but from last 1 months I am unable to concentrate on my studies. because the amount was big for me. I am unable to purchase another one till the time received back. from last 1 month I am purchasing the cold water from the retailer shop. I also want the refund for that. Please do the needful. because you are my last hope.
