sir, i have bought a mobile Karbonn a111 online from shopping.indiatimes.com on 10th february 2013. The phone was defective and I sent it back along with the DOA certificate as needed by the merchant. The complaint number was 696803 and TAT of which was 15th march 2013 but reverse pickup of the product was provided on 23rd march 2013 and they cancelled the order on 1 april 2013 and told me that money will be refunded back to you within 5-7 days but till now i have not recd my refund and also the TAT of new complaint number 795040 expiring today
I have spent more than Rs 500 to Rs 700 on calls as their helpline number is not tollfree. They frustrated me alot. I am in big mental stress because of this. I want them to refund my money along with the compensation
