Daer Sir/Madam I have ordered(Prepaid) 2 sarees(Rs 2090) online in India times shopping on 09.09.2014 with order number 3003504552, but i have received only one. i called customer care immediately and complained ( Complnt No 1507009). No body responded me i am calling customer care daily, simply they are telling something investaging and all . it will take till october 10th. but it is intolerable. please help me.

I want one more quantity saree to be delivered to my address or money back
