I have submit my mobile modal XOLO Q2000 at AB Communication Vadodara Gujarat on 4th Aug 2014 for repairing purpose.My work order no : 310000634934. They give me replacement of my mobile with XOLO Q2500 on 4th Sep 2014. I have not accepted that because it is lower model than mine so I ask them I want the same modal.They give me new work order number 310000721855 on 4th Sep 2014. But still I didn’t get my mobile replaced or repaired.Also they don’t provide any alternate mobile to use if repairing work going to take more than a month.

I want my mobile replaced as soon as possible. I want seal pack mobile in replacement as they provide only handset in loose pack in case of replacement.
