Indigo Airlines – Departure Delayed, No Complimentary Meal

I am filing this request on behalf of my sister Kavitha, she had booked a Indigo Airlines flight from Chennai to Delhi which was scheduled for departure at 6:45 but after boarding the aircraft the passengers were informed that the flight is delayed by 1 hour, after 1 hour the delay was further extended to almost 30 mins. In that case they should have either allowed customer to deboard the aircraft to move to lounge or provide in board complimentary meals. The crew was not well behaved, and while calling to customer supervisior Sintu Doley from Gurgaon, no proper answer and moreover call was intentionally put on hold for more then 20 mins so that when the call was connected the aircraft was just about to start.
