I have placed the order for a Baby carrier (Rs 478) and a water mop (Rs 152) on September 20, 2014. The amount i paid in total Rs 630. They shipped the items, but I only received water mop. When i made the enquiry regarding the Baby carrier they replied that due to some issue with courier service they could not ship the item to my address (Dotzot courier, tracking number 700000518756). They promised refund, but till date I did not receive refund. I already contacted the Shopclues 15-18 times through emails and phone calls. I have all those communication details. Yesterday again I called them. Now they claim that they delivered the item and changed the status to ‘Item delivered on Jan 2, 2015’. I have provided them the account statement from Sep 20 to till date for proof that I did not receive refund
I need the refund of Rs 478 and a fine of Rs 500 (including STD call charges, etc.) as soon as possible. I already warned them that I’ll give complaint to Consumer court. But they are taking no care in this issue. Please help me
