Indigo Airlines MisHandling of Baggage

On 8th February, 2015, I boarded Indigo flight no 6E 296, seat 29D from Kolkata to Delhi. My brand new check-in luggage trolley which was bought on 5th February, 2015 for the purpose of this journey, was mishandled and it is torn from the bottom. I have brought into the notice of Indigo officers and my complaint number is 4237. And the reference no is CRM:00751854, which I got over mail. I mailed baggage section, customer relations, followed by nodal officer after that even to the appellant authority, but in all the mails that I wrote to them, they told me that the hole in the bottom of my luggage comes under minor wear and tear and they will not replace the luggage, They offered me a travel voucher of Rs 500.

Repairing of hole at the bottom of the luggage will not ensure the safety of the valuables in it. So now its a total waste for me because of the nature of the damage. So I want a replacement of my travel luggage trolley. I want a replacement of the travel luggage trolley.
