This is to inform you that one of the Samsung Fridge service providers had cheated us with an amount of Rs. 3200/- on behalf of ridiculous service. I have a samsung refrigerator which had some cooling issue n the complaint was registered dated 20 Feb 2014, d PCB was changed n again after 3-4 days d same problem arose. I have been calling continuously to Mr. Rajeev- 09716702002, Mr. Durgesh- 07529959985 and the web Registered mobile Number of Amit Electronics- 09654494934 but they are only delaying day by day saying d engineer would reach in 5min 30 min 2 hrs 4 hrs etc and all non sense excuses. It is requested therefore to get this issue solved ASAP.

I want the same amount Back. No extra charges but at least one should be paid for a work done not for any such kind of forgeries.
