I have applied for home loan of 1500000 with hdfc bank my account number is 67699. After checking all my documents(original documents) after payment of processing fee and I got approval of my loan on 28/01/2015. He(Rajender) took my all original registration documents, plan sanction and EC cerificates. They told me they will issue the money in 3 installments of 500000 lakhs each. on multiple requests from me to issue the money they told me they will issue first installment on 27/02/2015 when i called the agent he told me it is not possible to issue on 27/02/2015, definitely we will issue the check on on Saturday i.e 28/02/2015 and asked me come to basheerbagh office i went to hdfc basheerbagh office after noon around 2.30 pm and waited for more then 2 hours. The agent(rajender) came to me and asked for one more document to issue the check this is purely unethical and unconstitutional. i said at this movement why are you asking such kind of document(This is simply he is expect some favor from me). i told i want to talk to the concern person he took me to the person. there we had an argument he has used rough language. I have immediately gave complaint to near by police they have sent police constable to the spot made an enquiry. I here by looking forward to take necessary action against bank officials and bank as soon as possible Till know my original document are with bank itself.
