I purchased intex aqua star II for Rs,6999/- in feb 2015. Lines started appearing on its screen in April . l handed over the set to ur local service centre Asia communication at Mandi HP on May 25th.
My set was undertaken for repair vide jobsheet no. 505222004007T001.
The replaced set was recd by the service centre at Mandi on 6th June 2015 .It was perhaps lost by them .
After waiting their search for one month, the matter was brought in the knowledge of ur NOIDA HO.
After many discussions on phone, U were kind enough to agree to send me a new mobile . l received it in the last week of July and opened the package with excitement .
I was just shocked to find a much inferior set ‘Aqua Life II’ in place of my aqua star II. See the difference :-

This is surely going to hit ur Credibility in the market.
I m an oldman of 72 and opted for a light wt Aqua Star II. Ur heavy wt ‘ ‘Life II ‘ has caused pain in my left arm and made my life a Hell.
I demand my Aqua star II back and request u to take this burden away from me. I will feel obliged .
