Sir, I purchased a Lenovo S660, IEMI no: 865230029723654, 865230029723662 on 30th September 2014 from a local store name Mobile Station 5, Deshpran Sasmal Road, Howrah – 711101, Invoice No. MS/001193, Dated 30-Sep-2014, Supplier’s Ref. 01193. Today I faced a problem in my phone that it not detected the 2nd SIM in the phone and message – Slot 2: No SIM card detected. I tried with alternate both the SIM and other SIM in the 2nd Slot but the problem is same. Then I visited your service center at : R K Service, 1/1, Harduttrai Chamaria Road, Howrah 711101. There I facing a horrible experience describing here under – First of all when they take the phone the help desk personal to open the phone for checking, damaged my phone back cover broken 5 clips out of 6 and after that she ignored it.

Second after that she gone inside another room and returned back she told that for solving my problem it took at-least 10 days. I hearing that totally astonished because the other companies service center solving this type of problem taking only 2-3 hrs. as per my previous experience (Nokia, Samsung) and the outside mobile repairing shops they told just wait we can repair that immediately within few times. I purchased this phone just for my previous experience of Lenovo’s service of Laptop where they solve my problems on laptop within 24 hrs. even the multi parts failure in Laptop. Now I waiting for your valuable reply and a smart repairing centre near Howrah and how much time I have required to solve my problem because now a days who are using smart phones can’t spare time without smart phone and I have no spare smart phone to spare this phone for servicing for 10 days. I also astonished that 3 persons like me seated there that for there phone problem they are moving one person more that 10 days, one more than 13 days and one more than 17 days.
