Infibeam.Com Not Delivering Order, No refund

I have ordered a bajaj 25 litre geyser from infibeam.com on date 20 the Dec 2014 with order id 23398476 and paid the full amount rs 6250 through my debit card.The company informed me that they will deliver the product till 30 the December 2014. But due to their fault I got the product on 5 the Jan in the evening. When I opened the product on 6 th morning I found the product was damaged. I called the customer care they told me to mail the photograph of damaged product. I tmailed the photograph with saying to resolve my problem as soon as possible .they mailed me that they will resolve my problem soon. But till today ie 23 rd Jan there is no remedy of my problem. I called them many times but they only say it will take some more time. And say sorry for it. They are always making false information about my problem. The warranty card was also left blank.I have been mentally tortured by the company.

I want compensation for the act. And there should be strict penalty for negligence in customer service and false claim. I want rs 15000 cumpansation from the company for their act and a promise to solve the customer problem within a time frame.
