Hello Sir, I booked HPCL LPG cylinder (ref: 247948 ) on 5th Jan 2015 and till date I have not received the cylinder. 18 days delivery time is quite high, on top of this I received an sms that cylinder got delivered (21st Jan 2015) and in actual I yet to receive the same. Raised complaint 14172357,14176289 on HP portal however no luck. Also called HP customer care at 18002333555 on 22 Jan 2015, 1:24 PM to report complaint but they are not ready to accept the complaint and they are asking to raise new refill request. But my pain is that if they update fake status next time as well after waiting for 15 days, who would suffer. What is the guarantee that they will not repeat in future. Not sure in what case they will accept complaint. 1) Late delivery more than 18 days 2) Fake status on my subsidized cylinder , are they not eligible to lodge a complaint.
