I have MTS Mobile data card and use it from 6 months. My December bill is Rs.2216 and which due date is 19 Jan 2015. but my data card limit is 6000 Rs. Company deactivated my card services at 11-01-2015 whatever my due date was 19-01-2015. i asked customer care to explain that why they deactivate my card . they said to me many reasons that your credit limit is low butthey didnot proper clarify my problem after that i paid my bill 2316 Rs. on 21-01-2015 but they didn’t activate my data card at that time. so please help me. I have already lost Rs 5000 in business as the nature of my business is online.
