I wish to lodge a complaint against Infibeam.com for not shipping a product I had ordered via their website on July 14, 2013 vide Order: 11221344, Sub Order: 20202262. As per my order details in their website, it was supposed to be shipped by July 18, 2013 to reach me by July 23, 2013. Till now, the status being shown against my order is “Shipped” but I didn’t receive till dt. July 31, 2013. I had sent them too many reminder mails about the non-delivery of my order, but my plea seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Hence I have been forced to approach you for a proper redressal of my grievance. Please take the necessary action and oblige.
I want to cancel the order and refund my money back and harassment compensation I got.
