I ordered a Beats speaker from Infibeam site but the product i received was a damaged & defective piece. I immediately asked for refund the same day writing a mail to customer care. They asked for images and i provided them with that also the next day. It happened to be on April 9, 2015. Also wrote mail 2 more times asking them to take necessary step to refund me or give a new product but they say it will take time. It has been more than a month and i have been not yet intimated about any action.
Product cost 500rs and i am losing hope of getting my money back.
