Over the on line recharge portal of Aircel they promise to give 209TT+209 aircel to aircel TT+ 209 MB of data for a recharge of 109. After the recharge i got only 109TT +109on net TT + 109 MB data.
when I asked about the rest talk time and benefits company representative declined to credit it in my account. I have forwarded by email screen shot of the web page offering the above mentioned Talk Time and Data via care.delhi@aircel.co.in but still they are not willing to credit the remaining benefits. Now I am not able to call the toll free consumer helpline number of the company.
