ssue: I had filed for the following IRCTC TDR, which has got repudiated/ rejected for wrongful reasons. Also noted was the deficiency of services on the part of SWR as the chart sheet for alternative train (16508) got confirmed 7:25 pm (about 1 hr 30 mins in advance), when in actual it should be released 4 hrs in advance, which did not give me a chance to cancel the tickets on Train 16589 and claim part amount. TDR Filing Details:- TDR ID: 100000041094311 PNR No: 4304614818 Status of TDR: TDR Repudiate (Reason for Repudiate TDR: As per chart, passenger has travelled) Date of Filing TDR: 1st April 2015 at 19:44 pm (1 hr 30 mins before scheduled departure of train) Date/Time of Journey: 1st April 2015 at 9:15 pm Repudiate Date: 17th April 2015 Regn No: MCR070415W01172 Train No: 16589/RANI CHENNAMMA on 1st April 2014. Mentioned reason for filing TDR: “Fully WL E-Tickets Not Cancelled Due To Chart Not Prepared” TDR Zone: SWR (Thro’ IRCTC TDR Process) Details: The alternative tickets on Train 16508, got confirmed at &;25 pm about 1 hr 30 mins before the scheduled departure of Train 15589, and I used these alternative tickets to travel (this was originally wait listed). The Chart were not prepared for Train 16508, 4 hours before the scheduled Departure of the Train, but was prepared late at 1 hr 30 minutes before the Scheduled Departure of the train, due to which I had to cancel tickets for Train 16589 later than the given time. The wrong/error exists with the South Western Railways for delayed chart preparation. Note: The Reason for TDR Repudiate by the Authorities is mentioned as ‘Passenger has traveled’. However, I have applied in advance for TDR – about 1 hr 30 mins before the scheduled departure of the Train 16589 (thus declaring that I will not be traveling in advance) and have used Alternative Tickets on Train 16508 (Bangalore-Jodhpur Express for 1st April with PNR No. 4617543444 that leaves at 9:50 pm).

I would be happy if I receive 50% of the Ticket Amt for TDR Repudiated Tickets with PNR No. 4304614818 (which is around Rs. 603), which I did not utilize and filed for TDR 1 hr 30 mins before the scheduled departure of the Train. I have contacted the SWR PRO thro’ IRCTC (ticket booking portal on behalf of Indian railways) since 3rd April 2015 with several reminders, but have not received any reply or respite. Attached are the necessary evidential documents including:- 1. Mail sent to IRCTC & SWR about the issue and request to refund TDR 2. Image showing the Chart was not prepared for alternative train less than 2 hrs in advance of Train 16589 as per logged IRCTC database date/time 3. Tickets by Train 16508 & Train 16589
