My claim request No is -AD_D_240415_2521498? it has been 27 days i am mailing calling the brand to get my insurance for my phone damages.but the brand is tricking me to not accepting my documents detail either if i already send every detail they asked from me and the accepted it that time.but in one month i have trying to get in touch the claim verification but they hardly response and even after the have sent me a mail which is saying my document is not fulfilled even i already submitted every document. while my insurance claim is not verified my phone is not repaired so i feel the insurance company theft me and i lost a big money for their sake. my insurance policy can full fill all damage of my phone.but brand is not accepting and not giving me proper res ponce.

i was walking and talking a important topic of my official work sudden a stranger man had pushed me from the back on the road side. i think stranger was in hurry for a work by that action my phone slipped from my hand and fall down on the road and got damaged.
