Infibeam has the worst customer care service I have ever seen in my life. They are just making fool of the customers. I ordered one phone via order-id: 13056554 on 12th May and it was to be shipped on 14th May 2014 and should have been delivered to me by 17th May 2014. Today is 21st May and there is no status. In spite of continuous mails from my side, I hardly got any response. They keep on writing the emails, but do not have time to call me. I called them many a times and asked them to schedule a call for me from their representative, but in vain. I could not tell my frustration regarding their service. I have been fooled with no reason. The rate of the similar product is dropping day by day but they are just saying – Give us some more time. I do not know when they will respond finally. I have asked them to cancel my order and refund my amount.
I want compensation for all the efforts I have put and for their late and ineffective response. They just breached their policy of not delivering the product on time and fooling the customer. Please help me in filing a strict action against this frustrating e-commerce business.
