DWARIKA PROJECTS LIMITED (hereinafter referred as DPL) had ordered 44 rolls of wallpaper @ 2920.50/roll amounting to a total of Rs 1,28,502 (Rupees One Lakh Twenty eight thousand five hundred and two only) on date 10.02.2013 from Hindware Home Retail Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred as HHR), Sector 18, Noida for use in its head office. Against the order HHR supplied 32 wallpaper rolls on date 17.02.2012 and 6 wallpaper rolls on 23.02.2012. Balance 6 rolls have not been supplied till date. Even after several request HHR has not supplied the balance wallpaper rolls nor refunded our balance outstanding amount of (6×2920.50) = Rs. 17,523 (Rupees seventeen thousand five hundred and twenty three only). We had given reminder to refund our payment many times telephonically as well by letter dated 01.12.2012. HRR has not refunded our payment till date and refuses to do so.

Outstanding Amount of Rs 17,523 (Rupees seventeen thousand five hundred and twenty three only) with 18% p.a. interest from date of payment. Compensation of Rs 2,00,000 (Rupees two lacs only) for breach of trust, agony and mental torture suffered.
