I have made an order , a combo of wathches , on 13th October. Till now I have not received the parcel.My order number is 13729326. We have send repeated emails to the above said email adress, now they are not responding. last reply got from there was on 8th November from MS Trivedi.This is the reply which I received from there Dear customer, Thank you for writing to us regarding Order ID:13729326 (22950006). An advertisement have came on the infibeam website as a combo of watches worth INR 7500 for INR 959 . I have placed the order on 13th October 2014 . They have not delivered to my address. The status of my order on your site shows the ‘delivered’ status.I dont know on what basis this is shown.I have checked up with the courier agency here. They are telling that they have not received the parcel from Delhi.
