Order Number-00183296 Payment mode-via credit card(online) Via-next.co.in order date-23/11/2014 P Name-kenstar water guiser I was told that it will be delivered with in a week.But it was not delivers by 07/12/2014. So I refused to take delivery of product because it was not still assured that it will delivers by 20/12/2014.So I requested them to cancel the order and refused to take delivery. Every time their CCE giving false information that your fund will be refunded within 24 hrs /48 hr. But still I did not get my refund .Whenever I make them call they are saying for cancellation it is processed today.I have been sending them continuously mail since 7/12/2014. But there is no respond. Now their CCE saying that lodge your complaint wherever you want. We don’t care.

I want my monetary loss to be refunded. And there should be a provision that IF any customer faces same problem then It should be solved by that organistion within 48 hrs. Because such kind of companies never solve problem on time. Everytime they just misguide the customer.
