I have placed an order for Livpure Envy Plus Ro+ UV+ UF Water Purifier, multicolor + Orient Actus JM5003F Juicer Mixer Grinder – on Jul 9, 2014 8:47:32 AM ( order number:- 13303825 and sub-order 22479964 through their website http://www.infibeam.com/ and it was promised that the product will be shipped by Jul 11, 2014 but till date they have not shipped the product i am calling their customer care number everyday and they are making excuses and promise me that it will get shipped today but all lies they have not shipped the product till date. also sent them emails but there is no reply from them

i want following relief from the company. 1. Refund of Rs 13,069 + 12% interest. 2. Rs 1000 till date for water bottle cost till today and should increase till i receive the money for purchase of new RO water purifier from other company. 3. Rs 100 for telephone calls made to their customer care number for followup. 4. Doctor charges as per actual. 5. Rs 50000 for the mental and physical pain and agony that is caused to me and my family.
