Makemytrip issued a confirm Ticket (Booking id NN252232739160) dated 28.06.2012 with following details. From: Catania (Italy) To: Naples (Italy) Travel date: 02.07.2012 Flight number: IG-909 Payment: 100% advance Ticket was invalid and also accepted by makemytrip lator on. Since ticket was invalid when I was in Italy it was very emergency situation for me.

Complaint details (point wise) 1. Confirmed ticket issued by MakeMyTrip was Invalid when I reached to airport and didn’t work. 2. Immediately from airport, this matter was discussed with Customer care over phone; they didn’t help to sort it out. 3. Phone call from Italy to India is very expensive; and customer care discussed around 21 minutes but of no use. 4. Seats were available in the same flight IG-909 but even then MakeMyTrip didn’t arrange ticket for me. 5. I was short of money and I had to take help of others for arranging money (just like begging) to purchase another air ticket. 6. Due to invalid ticket, I was mentally disturbed and my travel became very enjoyably. 7. I had to cancel some business meeting, due to uncertainty of ticket arrangement and it resulted into business loss. 8. After my arrival to India, MakeMyTrip stopped entertaining my complaint up to long time and resulted into mental torture. 9. Till date, my money is with MakeMyTrip and they refused to give me compensation from my loss.

Expectation: MakeMyTrip should reimburse for 1. Extra Ticket cost : Euro 202.16 @ 80.68 as on 31.05.2014 = Rs. 16310 2. Phone calls from Airport : Rs. 1809/- 3. Compensation of Rs. 2 lacks for Mental Disturbance, Business Loss, Poor Customer service, arranging extra money (like begging) in Italy form unknown people. Total reimbursement required = Rs. 218119
