I used to work in ING Vysya Life Insurance Company Limited as an advisor (advisor code no. 60214817). But I wanted to join any other company as I needed better chances and also the atmosphere of ING Vysya LIC was uncomfortable for me. So I requested my BM, Mr. Chandan Chakravarty, for my NOC but he clearly rejected me. Finding no way out, I mailed my resignation letter to the IRDA but still didn’t get any response. What should I do now as I cannot join any other company without showing my NOC and cannot maintain my family?

Why shouldn’t IRDA take the facility of allocating agency to Insurance company as required and stop this harassment that private insurers give ?
