I had purchased an inalsa food processor maxie plus which has manufacturing defects since i had purchased it. I had asked for a brand new product where as i have made complaints many times and every time they repair the product after harassing me for many days. This time again the product is under warranty and i have complaint number 2302 date 3rd march 2014. I want the refund as i do not want a product for which i have mental harassment and botheration every now and then.
I want to return back the product and want a refund so that i can purchase a better brand. I want the company to pay penalty towards my mental harassment for so many days and company is least bothered that their products carry any warranty/ guarantee.
