Lumia 625 Defective Piece Delivered by Amazon MarketPlace Vendor

I had purchased a Lumia 625 in October 2013 from Amazon vendor Maniac Store. After using for around 15 days I started having issues with the phone’s sensor so I took it to the nearest Nokia Care Centre at M/s Durga Communications at GTB Nagar, New Delhi. The first time they repaired it after keeping us waiting for almost two hours ( no jobsheet ) and I also bought an extended warranty of Rs550. Post that I started getting a lot issues on the phone making it unusable. so I took it to them after two days, they repaired it but I had to take it back again after couple of days after which they kept it for 10 days and gave it back saying it has been corrected and after three such back to back trips I told them please get this device replaced because the issue is not getting solved. to which he took the phone from me and said he will get it replaced ( Jobsheet 150433527-140128/16 – 28Jan 2014 ) and kept it for almost 2 months, I used to enquire every week and every time they assured it will be replaced, it has been replaced, it will come in a week. now nearly after two months today they tell me that we have repaired the phone and told us to pick it up. I have been faithful nokia customers since years now and all the current devices in my family are nokia because this is the only phone brand I trusted till now, this came as a very bad taste and I’m not picking up that device untill I get a replacement. If it is a bad piece of hardware, It is your duty to change it. Enough is enough I’ve been lied to and harassed by the service centre guys so much over this that I’m planning to go to the court and will take it up on social media as well. I’m a Blood Pressure and a diabetes patient. I know the pains and stress I have gone through during the multiple visits and today was the final nail in the coffin, I’m amazed at the white lies they can conjure. If I paid the price for it with my health someone else should too.

I want a replacement for the phone, or payment of the phone back to me.
