Installation Demo of ONKYO Home Theatre System

I purchased ONKYO 5.1 CH HT – S520 on 23 jun. I was told installation would be done by 6 PM on 25 jun. However despite constant complaing on telephone no one turned up till 6PM on 26 jun. The technician who turned up at 6.30 PM on 26 jun did not know anything about the system since he was expert on Sony equipment. after fixing the system the technichian just left without checking if all speakers were functional and without explaining any fuctions or features of the equipment. As of now only 2 out of 5 speakers are functional & I have no Idea on how to Operate the equipment. Such lackasadical attitude only reflects poorly on Reliance Digital,a few workers can really spoil the name of the entire organisation. I demand that an ONKYO Technician be sent to my home to properly install my Onkyo Home Theatre System otherwise I will consider Knocking on customer courts door. But before I do that I will make written complaints at appropriate levels in Reliance Digital to make sure some heads roll
