Signature forged in policy application, term manipulated, Permanent address intentionally not mentioned, Proposer & Nominee name not mentioned in policy document, Sales illustration was never explained & its attached with policy which is not readable. Several calls were made to Tata AIG, mails were written to customercare@tata-aig.com, life.complaints@tata-aig.com, the response was worst. Hence policy was surrendered in free look period on 3/6/10 but amount is not refunded as yet again calls were made to 1800-11-9966 & 080 66500001 for finding the status (which I suppose is also recorded) always servers are down / system is under upgradation no response to resolve the issue. Matter is intentionally delayed & causing loss of interest. Request your immediate intervention for resolving the matter or advise us where the matter can be taken. We also request you to penalise Tata Aig & Agency involved in this.
