Dear Sir, I have applied for an advisor dated on September 2014 in Bharti Axa Life Insurance and my URN IS- BALI110 9140011 but i have not appeared for exam till date now i do not want to go with Bharti Axa Life and i want to delete it from IRDA portal, However i have visited to Bharti Axa concern branch and requested many time for the same but they denied for do that,kindly give an appropriate solution or take a strict action against Bharti Axa Life Insurance or make them agree to do for same. I need an immediate solution for this complaint. Thanks

Myself santosh kumar verma like to inform you that my licence no. 8531966 with AVIVA INDIA life insurance co. ltd. has been expired and I would like to remove from IRDA Portal has I am getting problem to get job as well as agency of other companies. So I request you to remove my agency and release my PAN, URN from IRDA portal as well as possible.
