This is not the first time i am facing the same issue with Snapdeal funded by Ratan Tata. I ordered for a simple dog leash (Dog chain), and got a Chocking Dog Leash, in different color. i ordered a hooked leash- and what i got is something which is exactly different. Order no:- 5054666218 (SnapDeal)

It has costed me Rs 399, and 5 days, and after which when i got the product, i was totally shocked to see it. As it was exactly different to what i ordered. My dog could have died because of the chocking dog leash, delivered by Snapdeal.

I don’t want Snapdeal to change the product but to compensate for the mistake, so that, it feels the same pinch which i a, feeling and consumers don’t get cheated all the time.
