Insurance company – Car claim dealy no response – Review

My vehicle met with an accident on 21st June and I registered for the claim on 23rd June (Claim registration no. F0455413, Policy No. FPV/I1515751/2C/02/B2C111). The surveyor appointed by the company visited the workshop and surveyed it on the very same day, also he asked the workshop people to dismantle the part damaged and again visited the workshop in my absence to survey the car again. Till today I haven’t received any response from the company, my car is still lying in the workshop dismantled. I have been continuously calling the company for the advancements and yet I am not getting entertained and informed properly. None of the executives know about the status of my claim, nobody is directing me to the concerned official nor anybody is calling me back with the latest information. All I am getting is vague assurances from them that, “Our officials will get back to you within next 24 hours.”

I want my car to be repaired as soon as possible and I want the company to compensate for the inconvenience it is causing me by keeping me away from my vehicle because of their delayed response.
