Nokia Lumia 620 SmartPhone Issues – Review

I bought Nokia lumia 620 on 26th July 2013 from Croma, Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida. Earlier this year in January my phone’s screen turned pink and when I went to the Nokia service centre (Jagat farms, gr. Noida) they said that the phone has “liquidity” problem and moisture seeped in because of which the system has corrupted and I paid 4500 INR for it. Then after a month the phone stopped charging, then they said that the battery was damaged which when checked wasn’t damaged. Then they said that the charger was damaged which again wasn’t. Finally they charged the battery separately and inserted it in the phone and it was temporarily fixed. Now again yesterday my phone stopped charging again and this time when I went they said that the battery was damaged again and later said that due to summers n humidity there is “liquidity” and are asking for 3500 INR. Why should I pay so much money again and again when I haven’t done anything and taken utmost care. I feel cheated and robbed. This is ridiculous. The piece is defected and am being made to pay for it again and again.
