Why Xolo Customer Care Does Not Resolve Problems ?

I was using Xolo Q800 from 10 months. It was getting hang every after 15-20 minutes later phone stopped functioning and became dead. I gave phone to service center on 30th June to solve the problem (Workorder no. 310000546545). Now its almost 24 days & I haven’t received any response back. Even though after calling no of times to service center as well as customer care no, only status I was told is “Its not repaired yet and will let you know soon” OR call after 2days . I dropped a mail regarding this issue to care@xolo.in but no response on reminders. It seems that the XOLO care does not care for customer and they dont want the people buy new XOLO phones.
