Dear sir/madam

It is my very bad experience with reliance life insurance company . I took a cash flow plan from this company. But I recieved my documents from Dilshad garden branch Delhi On 11th Nov 2011
But the term of the policy was long for me so I did not want to continue that policy

So I returned that policy documents on 14th Nov 2011 I waited for twenty days but they did not refund my money

After that I contacted to the branch they says your policy is beyond freelook period I requested that I recieved documents two days before from Dilshad garden branch on 11/11/11

I don not know what is the criteria of this company I think this is very unfaithfull company

I mailed many times but no body resolve my problem staff is also very un cooperative

Please refund my money as early as possible
