I have prepaid airtel connection and my number is 9*02760289. Iam really upset with your service. First of all I am being charged wrongly for god knows how long for the services I never use, know how to use or know exist on my phone or know what do they mean. Some of them being Hungama club, hungama club mobile box office , funtime namitha (can you believe?). I requested them to be discontinued and still I was being charged until I called today and came to know that the services have not been discontinued despite my request. I was given the number of someone called Meenakshi Bora her number being 9972534865. No one ever picked the phone. Over that I was being charged for the ringing of the phone(as if it was connected). I do not understand how can a service be activated without my active participation? I would like tpo be refunded as I have been charged for something I did not ask for or even use. I want to bring this to the notice of anyone and everyone related to airtel.
