Internet Service – Connection disconnected automatically no service

I was took the connection for internet services on 16 may,2015. After 2-4 connection disconnected automatically.I complaint for that ,then executive ( Nizam) said to me that your cheque is bounced. After that I issued new cheque as per his guidence on 27 may 2015.Today is 3 june 2015 no response given by them. I made many calls to customer care also. This results to me ,a loss of my money and time. About 15 days wasted to my internet usage .I want justice. I want to renew my connection and want damages for my phone bill and wasted time
