Sony TV – Manufacturing defect problem not resolved

I purchased Sony Model No 40NX520 IN5 in March 2013 from Home Town ,Kolkata , Rajarhat . Immediately after installation , I observed the blared vision and spoke to the Shop owner , he asked me switch off and then switch on TV and then the TV functioned for few days . After few days then the same problem occurred and I repeated the procedure once again . While this was repeatedly happening , I asked for a replacement within 1 year Guarantee period which was declined . Such phenomenon occurred intermittently and finally on 26th Aug 14 , the TV was totally nonfunctional . I made a complain and the same was repaired against a cost. The relevant document are attached . Again the TV became nonfunctional on 14th April 15 and made complain and the ID 24941126 was given . After chasing constantly , some one from M/s Neosa Electronic Kolkata came to visit our house and suggested for the replacement since the TV has some inherent problem from the manufacturing stage . Now after having spent more than a month , the Neosa person verbally demanded for a repair cost more than Rs 26,000 or an exchange offer with discount od 25% against a new one . Please realize the fact that , I purchased the Sony Brand as per personal impression that Sony is one of the best . But after having purchased the TV and realizing the difficulty of after service activities with least care to customer , I some time repent as to why I invested a such huge sum from my hard earnings . But the type of approach received from the service dealer coupled with the intention of commercial gain from an grieved customer , at least I can not imagine when the esteemed name of SONY is related .

I want full refund of the TV cost of Rs 49,990 as from my bad experience with the company , I am sure , I will not buy Sony TV ever .
